History

Personal Elder Care Referral Services Inc. has been providing care for 6 years starting in March of 1999. We have been at this present location now for 2 years. We have over 30 caregivers working with us to provide the quality care that you expect for your loved ones.

Personal Elder Care Referral Services Inc. is a very personable company which provides skilled caregivers to meet the needs of our clients to the best of our capabilities. We take interest in selecting caregivers that are best suited for our clients needs and personalities. We provide a pleasant alternative to Nurse Home Facilities so that your golden years are spent at home with an assistance of an experienced caregiver.


2. How are the caregivers selected? Personal Elder Care Referral Services Inc. provides caregivers on a referral basis as contract labor. They are not employees of our agency but have been hand picked based on skills and personality. Background checks have been completed on each caregiver and extensive interviews to determine the level of skills they are capable of performing. This ensures a good match for our clients.


3. What services do we provide? We provide a wide range of services that will enable our clients to live at home as independently as possible. Our caregivers assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, exercise, personal hygiene, shopping, errands, assistance with medication and most importantly companionship. The services provided are based on the client's needs. We encourage independent living with the help of our assistance in completing difficult tasks.

If your loved one is the client, you can rest assured knowing that they are being well taken care of and provided for by our caregivers. We follow our clients very carefully, which provides you with the ease and relief of the responsibility and worry. Rather than spending your spare time providing your loved one's basic needs, you can relax and enjoy quality time with them and let the caregivers do the work.


5. How and when are our services available? Our services can be provided on an as needed basis. We provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and live-in care. This is determined by the specific need of care. In the event that a caregiver is unable to meet the obligation, due to illness or an emergency, we will provide a replacement. There is no additional worry for our clients. We do the work.
