I want to commend Gwen Herman on the excellent service that Personal Elder Care Referral Services Inc. has provided for my parents and now for my mother since my father's passing. They have truly defined the words "personal" and "care" for me and my family for the past 5 years. Because of the hands-on relationship they have with their clients and caregivers I have been able to continue my work in New York City, knowing that they are "taking care" of my mother in very loving ways.
